Participation in any assessment:

• does not guarantee retention

4. No Certification or Qualification

Assessments:

• do not certify skills, qualifications, or competence
• do not replace employer evaluations, training, or compliance checks

They complement existing processes by focusing on readiness and alignment.

Assessment outputs:

• rely on contextual, experience informed evaluation
• reflect conditions at the time of assessment

They do not constitute professional, legal, or immigration advice.

6. Shared Responsibility

Readiness is a shared responsibility.

Assessment outcomes depend on:

• the accuracy of information provided
• employer systems and integration conditions
• external factors beyond GloBridger’s control

GloBridger is not responsible for outcomes arising from decisions taken by employers or third parties.

Assessment participation requires informed consent.

Assessment data:
